Aerospace and defence parts are judged on the drawing and the paperwork together. We machine brackets, housings, fittings and structural components in aluminium, steel and stainless, with material traced to its mill certificate and heat number. Multi-face features are machined in one clamping on our 4-axis centre, and inspection reports are supplied with every batch on request.

Biomedical & Prosthetics

Clean surfaces, burr-free edges and dimensions that repeat part to part.

Medical and prosthetic components demand smooth surfaces, burr-free edges and consistent fit. We machine joint and socket components, adaptors, instrument parts and fixtures in stainless steel, aluminium and engineering plastics. Every edge is deburred, every surface finished to the drawing, and every batch inspected before dispatch.

Electronics

Flat mating faces, accurate hole positions and a finish ready for anodising.

Electronics hardware needs flat faces, precise hole patterns and a finish that takes anodising evenly. We machine enclosures, heat sinks, panels and connector housings from aluminium and brass, with tapped mounting patterns in position. Parts are deburred, cleaned and packed to protect cosmetic faces.

True bores and square datums so assemblies align first time.

Automation equipment depends on parts that line up. We machine end-effector plates, gripper jaws, bearing housings, shafts and linear-motion brackets with bores and datums held to the drawing. Turning, milling and 4-axis work under one roof keep related features consistent, and parts can be supplied as fitted sub-assemblies.

Hydraulics & Pneumatics

Fluid power parts fail at the sealing face. We machine manifold blocks, valve bodies, cylinder end caps and fittings with cross-drilled ports, true bores and seal grooves finished to specification. 4-axis indexing reaches ports on several faces in one set-up. Threads are gauged and passages deburred and flushed before dispatch.

Food and beverage equipment needs surfaces that clean easily and materials that resist corrosion. We machine stainless steel and food-grade plastic components such as filler nozzles, valve parts, change parts and conveyor fittings, finished to the drawing and packed clean, ready to install.
